24-hour Advanced Deliver Notice

An “Advance Delivery Notice” (ADN) must be faxed to the Co-op at least 24 hours prior to the delivery of any product into the Co-op. A template of this form is available on our website. All ADN’s should include the following information:

• Name of winery
• Today’s date
• Scheduled delivery date
• Product codes for each product to be shipped
• Total number of cases of each product on the shipment
• Total number of cases of each product being sent to the Co-op (within the next month or two)
• Request for pallets if needed

Loads arriving at the Co-op without an ADN will be subject to an additional fee of $5.00 per pallet, up to a maximum of $25.00 per shipment.
