Scheduling Wine Pickups
Appointments need to be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance via phone, fax or email.
Appointments may be made by contacting one of our Traffic Coordinators.

Before contacting one of our outbound traffic coordinators, please be ready to provide the following information:
- Winery Name
- P.O. Number
- Final Destination
- Destination State
- Desired Pick up Date
- Desired Pick Up Time
If scheduling via inquiry sheet, they must be submitted before 11:00am in order to be scheduled for the next day pick up.
At the time of scheduling, the trucking company will be issued a pickup number (confirmation number). This number is the only information your trucker will need in order to pickup the load but will be required to have this number in order to pick up.
Rescheduling missed appointments
If a trucking company misses an appointment, please contact one of our traffic coordinators to let us know. The appointment may be rescheduled for another day and time. The appointment can only be scheduled three times before the wineries are contacted and the product returned to stock.
