Warehouse Hours & Schedule
Windsor Warehouse operating hours are from 7:00am until 3:00pm, Monday through Friday, holidays excluded (see schedule below).
Cloverdale operating hours are from 7:00am until 3:00pm, Monday through Friday, holidays excluded (see schedule below).
No deliveries will be accepted after 3:00pm, and no shipping will be scheduled to occur after 3:00pm. Shipping appointments will only be held for 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time.
To serve Co-op Patrons in the best possible manner, the 8:00am hour is reserved for winery will-calls.

Phone hours are 7:30am to 4:00pm
Order submission hours for next day pick up are:
California/Will-call orders 7:00am to 2:30pm
Out of state pickup orders - 24 hours in advance of scheduling
*For non-winery will-call pickups, be sure to call to schedule your pickup 24 hours prior to arrival
Order scheduling deadlines
California orders - Prior to 3:00pm
Out of state orders - Prior to 2:00pm
Inbound scheduling and special project deadlines
Inbound shipment scheduling - 7:30am - 3:30pm
Special projects - Book at least two weeks in advance as project space and time slots are limited
