Bills of Lading

A standard “bill of lading” (BOL) must accompany every shipment into the Co-op. Every BOL must contain the following information:

• Shipper’s name and address
• Consignee address
• Date of shipment
• Trucking company
• Case quantity of each item
• Product code of each item
• Product description of each item
• Alcohol content of each item
• Tax status - mixed tax status shipments must have separate bill’s of lading for Tax Paid and Bonded product. Bond to Bond transfer BOLs must include the bond # of the shipper and the consignee.
