Winery Sales Orders

All winery orders must be submitted to the Co-op 48 hours prior to ship date. Truckers must call and schedule a pick-up time 24 hours in advance. All orders must be entered into the Co-op’s system at the time of the carrier’s request for the order pickup.

Next day winery will call and California orders must be submitted PRIOR to 2:30 p.m. for next day pick up.

Out of State orders must be received 24 hours prior to scheduling. Out of state orders must be scheduled prior to 2pm the day before pick-up is requested.

THE PRODUCT MUST BE RECEIVED INTO INVENTORY AT THE CO-OP 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF ANY ORDER PLACEMENT AND RELEASE.

Sales orders must have the following:

• Winery name
• Sales order number [SO]
• Destination/Consignee
• Complete address
• Quantity
• Product code
• Description
• Denotation if the sales order is an export
• Denotation if the sales order is bond to bond
• Carrier name
• Ship date
• All special instructions need to be posted

The Co-op has made available an order form on our website which can be completed and e-mailed to us. By utilizing this form, the winery will receive back an e-mail confirmation of their order.
